Plants & Decor and its suppliers will at no time rent, sell or otherwise distribute your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission.

Plants & Decor and its suppliers may at times contact you about special opportunities. You will at all times be given opportunity to opt-out of such contacts.

Plants & Decor uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Encryption Technology. Your browser will automatically switch to SSL mode before placing your order and all of your personal information, including your credit card information is encrypted beyond such a point.

You may at anytime change your personal information by clicking the “Log In” link at the top of the Plants & Decor homepage and then “My Account” on the subsequent page.

Order Cancellation Policy:
All credit cards are debited at the time of purchase for the amount of purchase to ensure validity of the credit card. Cancellations after the order is placed will incur a six percent (6%) credit card fee deducted from your refund. This will cover the costs and fees we incur in processing your order.

Refusal of Package:
If a package delivery is refused without the prior consent of Plants & Decor, Plants & Decor will reserve the right to charge any fees that may incur for shipping, handling and processing.

Packaging:
Please keep all original packaging until you are certain that you will not return or exchange the merchandise.

Returns:
Plants & Decor will always accept returns so far as the following guidelines are met.

  • Do not ship the merchandise back to us until we have issued you a RMA number.
  • Merchandise must be in NEW condition and return shipped in its original shipping container.
  • All packaging material and product collateral must be present.
  • Full refund, including shipping cost will be issued if the return is a result of our error.
  • Full refund, minus shipping and handling fees will be issued if the return is a result of the purchaser.
  • Refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
  • You will receive a refund within 7 business days of our receiving your return.
